Oct 2019 - Westminster starts the march towards compulsory microchipping of cats!!

The issue of compulsory dog chipping was not raised during the last General Election campaign, but the main political parties claim that there is a consensus to introduce mandatory chipping. What is this about? What if dogs could vote? Maybe their manifesto would look something like this...
